Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival day. A deposit equal to one (1) night room and tax is due at time of booking and is non refundable. During special events including New Years, Art Deco, Food and Wine Festival, Boat Show, Winter Music Conference, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, White Party, and Art Basel there is a 30-day cancellation policy, fees are non-refundable, and 30 days prior to arrival all credit cards will be charged for the full stay.
